AIM OF THE PROGRAM

The program aims to develop Pastors and leaders in general, who possess a broad perspective of knowledge to equip them for holistic impact in life, ministry and society in general.

Specific objectives:

  1. To help Pastors, Ministers, Community Leaders and aspiring leaders understand the scope of ministry and leadership so that they can be relevant in today’s world

  2. To enable and empower Pastors and leaders to contribute to community and National Development

  3. To empower and enable Pastors and leaders to develop sustainable approach to life, family, ministry and leadership.

  4. To prepare Pastors and community leaders to unlock door and opportunities for lifelong and wide learning in different fields of study.

 

2. MASTERS OF ARTS IN ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

AIM OF THE PROGRAM

The aim of this program is to advance the Pastors, ministers and other leaders with capacity to understanding the broader scope of leadership, effectively leading their organizations, raising other leaders and contributing positively to the development of their nations.

Specific Objectives:

1.    To develop strategic leaders who will drive churches and related organizations to higher levels of productivity

2.    To raise godly and competent leaders who will remain relevant through generational impact.

3.    To prepare leaders with a wide scope of studies to address diversity of organizational, community, national and global

  Issues and complexity.

4.    To prepare Pastors, ministers, church and community leaders for further studies in various fields.

 

3. DOCTOR OF MINISTRY LEADERSHIP – ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

AIM OF THE PROGRAM

Doctor of Ministry (DMIN- Leadership) is a professionally and academically designed program with both course work and research approach.

Specific Program Objectives:

1.    To prepare senior leadership for strategic leadership in Ministry, business, development, organizations and nations

2.    To contribute to leadership development through experience , research and publishing

3.    To raise leaders who will raise other through coaching, mentorship and modeling.
